About

Eleanor is an Illustrator and painter living in St Leonards On-Sea, East Sussex. She creates artworks ranging from acrylic paintings on canvas to illustrative works on paper. Eleanor is available for commercial illustration work, her work has been used in publishing and editorial print, resturant interiors and wedding invitations. She has run a series of adult art workshops in her local town and has extenisve formal teaching experience within the arts. Her work focuses on the everyday, enhancing its simplistic beauty through shape, colour and form. Her dynamic use of colour brings to life pattern, shape, objects in harmonious and eclectic compositions. The joyful nature of Eleanors art comes from childhood memories of playing on the beaches in Australia and a lifetime living by the sea. Having studied a Masters in art, Eleanor boldly strips back the immediate visuals to highlight the plethora of beautiful Earthly compositions we often overlook.
